All i have to say your childhood begs you to see them The maine- been on bamboozle for three years now and haven’t disappointed yet, well maybe when they were hung over the second day of their first year playing but besides the point. The Ready Set: should be a good band to see on the fly Of Mice and Men: Hardcore so beware but i approve limited to your taste Asking Alexandria: Same as mice and men Protest the hero:see above statements Miss May I: same as above but DEFINITELY SEE THEM We Came as Romans: harder rock but they throw down a solid set I See Stars: a mix of screamo and solid vocals, even if you hate screamo you might end up enjoying them Chiodos: Without Craig Owens I’m a little skeptical about who can hold down those ridiculous vocals. . . you may end up wanting to pass en-less you have heard other wise
SKIP THESE BANDS: Attack Attack: from warped tour they were a major disappointment don’t waste your time just listen to there cds. The B-Boy and Pass the Mic competitions, unless your bored don’t bother go give out free hugs for some entertainment or some free kisses if your lucky.

show Girl Talk: I love there albums i just don’t understand how it will translate to a concert Weezer: There closing out this years bamboozle and despite there some what downer songs I think they should perform well there veterans on the music scene. AVOID:
Everything from saturday unless you experienced it and had a good time.
FACT:
On Sunday you shouldn’t have to leave two stages( Skate and Surf/ Sony Bloogie) even better the bands on both of these stages do not interfere with each others shows. Perfect.

*also expect a Do’s and Don’ts list about bamboozle coming friday*!
If you haven’t already been washed away by all this rain, heres another post about BAMBOOZLE. So let’s get into it… Angels and Air waves, your probably wondering wait there still around? but isn’t blink together now how does that work. Well i was a little surprised to frontman and creator Tom Delounge was and now is again the lead singer of blink 182 but he’s still sticking with angels and airwaves and he’ll be out there singing for them. I fully expect them to sound as good as their music sounds. they bring an interesting sound with a lot of elements to it, some songs pop rock others very mellow. These guys really love visuals and have a new album entitled love which should be a great follow-up to their other albums I-Empire and We don’t need to whisper. It’s free to download so hit up the MySpace for the link to it(down below).
Saves the Day, never heard of them until doing some homework. from right here in NJ these guys are an alternative pop rock type bands with some pretty sad lyrics. I can’t say personally you should even bother listening to them. If you don’t want to take my word for it there MySpace links down below. There’s your bamboozle reviews of the day! Also go spread the word about my blog mucho gracias. http://www.myspace.com/savestheday www.myspace.com/angelsandairwaves
Yes, she has a post all to herself, why well she’s playing bamboozle not one but two days. WHO ELSE IS PUMPED for hearing TIK TOK twice live in one weekend. Anyways Ke$ha is definitely one of the biggest break out stars recently. Out of the blue she’s been a huge success thanks in part to her song Tik Tok. not only is her music catchy and well pretty good but she also shares the same great birthday March 1st as myself. So a little biased in this post. Her album labeled Animal features “Tik Tok”, and “Blah Blah Blah”. Expect a monster crowd for her both days. Saturday will be a strong performance for her but as with all artists playing two days, she’s bound to be hung over or still drunk from the previous night. Anyways if you havent listened to her yet check out the MySpace(link below) or simply play the YouTube video down below. www.myspace.com/keshaishot
Not very known for having a Rap artist on the lineup Bamboozle jazzed it up again this year tossing in drake to the mix. Previous Rap artists have been Snoop dogg(who was awesome). I cant exactly comment on how people might take to drake he is a love or hate kind of artist, so it should be interesting if a few thousand rockers get behind him like they did snoop. Expect either a lot of bottles to be thrown or a lot of singing along.*UPDATE* After reading my daily m00ntalk i should pass the word along Drake has a new number according to Ricky(whos musical opinion is almost always dead on finds it to be over rated) so expect Drake to be a Fail at bamboozle lets hope he brings friends, who are actually good at rapping.*
MGMT, hippie looking, colorful, flowing, melody, with impressive beats and a sound i cant relate to any other artist I’ve heard. Expect to be amazed one of my top 10 most exciting artists to see live. DO NOT MISS at any cost. I recommend listening to kids, Electric feel, and Time to pretend.
With that check out all the bamboozle artists and expect more and more reviews soon! Links and music videos down below take a listen. www.myspace.com/mgmt
Yes, it is finally coming to that magical time of the year that specific weekend, so many of us look forward to. The 48 hours of straight walking jumping crowd surfing mosh pitting madness we call Bamboozle. With is comes 100 bands and 3-4 days worth of ear ringing. The amount of sleep you might receive during this weekend = about 8 hours. But it is possible the greatest time to meet friends bond over the silliest things and best of all take away hundreds of memories. But what bamboozle is all about is the Music and this years line up for good and bad is pretty interesting compared to some of the previous years. So I’m hear to try and give some good recommendations about the ones you need to see and the ones you need to pass on.
THUS we begin, and 98 bands to go… Your 2010 headlines are(drum rolllllllllll) Paramore, and Weezer.
Coming off a new album which following their last one(Riot) was exceptional if i may so say myself. What you Should expect out of Paramore is one of the most intense and solid performances your gonna get all weekend. I have personally seen them 4 times in concert and can say they have never let me down and always sound better then they do on there cd. Do not miss them at all costs.
Veterans of the music world they’ve brought us hits like Beverly hills, Buddy holly, and island in the sun and are sure to put on a great show but, i don’t think there set will be as fun as Paramores. Most of Weezers music isn’t as up beat and positive so they may leave you with more of a sad feeling rather then “dam cant wait for tomorrow” None the less, don’t miss them you’ll regret it later in life when you hear them on some old mp3.
